Communications clients, such as phone, cable, and fibre providers now have access to assets and can submit permit applications to lease space on the poles through their own secure Go360 Joint Use Application Portal.
Customers expanding their service area can identify exactly which poles they would like to target via a map or aerial image, fill out required information, and submit applications complete with images.
Once submitted, customers can track their application status, be notified if additional information is required, review proposals, costs, and timelines. All this can be monitored through their self-serve customer portal.
All internal actions are streamlined, and statuses are monitored through the Focus View providing the user with a complete picture of each permit application. When appropriate actions have been completed a proposal or offer can be sent back to the client for their review.
