Helping organizations manage available Joint-Use space on their assets, such as utility poles
Asset owners can suitably manage their customer needs while improving leasing and licensing agreements, work / build requirements, and customer permit application approvals. Organizations can capture and manage costs helping them to be more profitable while bringing in additional revenue for existing assets.
Go360™ Joint Use is designed and packaged around the needs of utilities with assets spread across vast areas, and their clients who utilize these assets for their own business needs. Utilities have better control of their assets in the field. Communications clients, such as phone, cable, and fibre providers now have access to assets and can submit permit applications to lease space on the poles through their own secure Go360 Joint Use Application Portal.
Customers expanding their service area can identify exactly which poles they would like to target via a map or aerial image, fill out required information, and submit an application complete with the aerial image. Once submitted, customers can track their application status, be notified if additional information is required, review proposals, costs, and timelines. All this can be monitored through their self-serve customer portal.
Joint Use Customers submit permits through the Go360 Joint Use Application Portal
With Go360™ Dispatch utilities and assets owners automatically receive and review joint-use permit applications. Go360 automatically retrieves asset IDs and other pertinent asset information. Asset owners can review the locations and through street views to determine if any make-ready work is required. Dispatchers can mobilize crews to the site to inspect assets and / or assess local conditions via Go360™ CrewOps.
Dispatchers collect feedback from field crews and can send requests to the maintenance team for repairs, engineering department for estimates on make-ready work, finance on lease details, or site inspections on any work performed. Inspections are performed using Go360™ Audit & Compliance and results are included in the permit application.
All internal actions are streamlined and statuses can be monitored through the Focus View providing the user with a complete picture of each permit application. When appropriate actions have been completed a proposal or offer can be sent back to the client for their review.
Dispatchers monitor application statuses via focused views
Go360 JointUse connects utilities and their clients while streamlining the permit application and approval process, and all internal departmental interactions. Communications between all parties is greatly improved and accountability is ensured while costs and recourses are managed better.
